For patients at Bluestem Health, we offer healthy living and weight management counseling improve your overall health through our nutrition education services– free of charge to our patients.
Our Certified Diabetes Educators work in partnership with your Bluestem Health provider to help you successfully manage all aspects of your diabetes, like eating healthfully, staying active, and reducing risk factors.
We offer our patients extra support in managing their chronic illnesses. We spend time meeting with individual patients to offer education on treatments, talking about alternative therapies, and helping them understand their chronic disease so that they can make healthy lifestyle choices.
At Bluestem Health in Lincoln, Nebraska, we believe breast is best, if you are able to nurse. We are here to support you with breastfeeding and lactation consulting.
