Abigail Lamp, Psy.D, is a post-doctoral Clinical Psychologist at Bluestem Health. She is originally from Wichita, Kansas, but fell in love with Nebraska after matching for her predoctoral internship here in Lincoln. Abigail received her Bachelor of Science after attending Friends University in Wichita in 2018. She majored in Clinical Psychology at Oklahoma City University and was awarded her Master of Science and Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology.

Abigail has a wide range of experience from outpatient therapy and assessment to specialized experience working in pediatric health psychology clinics utilizing an integrative care model. She is passionate about helping families with physical and behavioral health needs. Abigail joined Bluestem Health because of the commitment to bridging the gap between patients’ healthcare providers and access to a psychologist. Having worked with youth with various medical conditions, Abigail understands the importance of mental and emotional well-being in promoting patients’ physical well-being.

Abigail strives to help children and their families improve their overall mental, emotional, and physical functioning using strategies and methods that are accessible to families. When not helping children, teens, and their families, Abigail spends her time with her two high-energy, happy, and slightly spoiled dogs.
