We have a new Online Registration for our patients. You are encouraged to check-in online before your appointment.

You will receive an email/text message from us prior to your appointment that will prompt you to check-in online. Please be sure to complete all of the requested information before arriving for your appointment. The message will begin with: “Hello from Bluestem Health…”

This new process is in place to expedite check-in, keep appointments on time, and minimize contact with others. The registration questions may take 15-20 minutes, but once you have completed the initial registration, the next time will be much faster because the system saves your answers.

We have several language options, including:
  • Via Smartphone – English, Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese, Portuguese, Chinese (Traditional), Japanese, Korean, French, German, Italian, Haitian Creole, Hindi, Polish, Arabic, Urdu, and Kurdish
  • Via Tablet or PC – English and Spanish

By filling out your registration prior to your appointment, you will help keep the wait times shorter at our clinics.
