Life can be really hard sometimes. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, down, or just not quite yourself, you’re not alone. More people than ever are reaching out for mental health support—and that’s a good thing. Our compassionate team of behavioral health therapists understands the vital role mental health plays in maintaining a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Most importantly, they are here to help.

Our Integrated Approach to Behavioral Health Services

Our highly-trained behavioral health therapists collaborate with the primary care provider who oversees your overall care and treatment plan. With this care approach, we are able to assist providers in treating mental health, addiction, or substance use problems.

At all four of our clinic locations, you can see one of our therapists during your assigned clinic time, when possible. We also offer same-day phone or Telehealth therapy if an urgent need arises. If you require interpreter services, we can arrange them for you, too.

We want to ensure that all patients have access to behavioral health services when they need them.

When is the right time to seek help?

Sometimes having someone to talk to can make all the difference. Our behavioral health therapists play a vital role in helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and navigate life’s challenges. They help you make sense of what you’re feeling, whether it’s anxiety, depression, stress, grief, or feeling stuck.

Through one-to-one conversations in a safe space, you can open up and work through whatever is weighing you down. They will offer tools to manage stress, build resilience, and improve relationships. Our therapists are ready to listen without judgment and guide you with compassion. It’s about meeting each person where they are, empowering them to take small, meaningful steps toward healing and emotional well-being.

Our therapists work with patients who are coping with conditions, such as:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Grief
  • Addiction or substance use
  • PTSD
  • Stress
  • Trauma

We believe in caring for the whole person. That’s why we use warm handoffs between your primary care provider and behavioral health therapist. It’s a simple, supportive way to connect you with the help you need in the moment, without extra steps or delays. Your doctor can introduce you directly to a therapist during your visit, making the transition feel easy, comfortable, and seamless. Your well-being matters, and we’re here to support every part of it.

If you feel you are ready to speak with one of our licensed mental health providers, please discuss this with your primary care doctor, who will coordinate a warm handoff at your next visit. You can also contact us by calling 402-476-1455. Help is only a phone call away.
