Our Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists work in partnership with your Bluestem Health provider to help you successfully manage all aspects of your diabetes, like eating healthfully, staying active, and reducing risk factors. We know how important it is to have support and resources when managing a chronic illness and we are here for our patients.
Our Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists have over 20 years of experience and knowledge in Prediabetes and Diabetes Management, Gestational Diabetes, and Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes.
You should make an appointment with a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist if you are:
- Newly diagnosed
- Need an annual update
- Having medication issues
- Switching physicians and/or insurance
