Caitlin approaches each day with the mantra, “It’s a good day to have a good day.” She loves working with her team because they are compassionate and provide high-quality care for their patients. She also has high expectations for herself and constantly works on personal advancement and growth. Caitlin learned this from her parents, who she looks up to and who inspire her to chase her dreams and work hard for success. The eldest of eight children, Caitlin tries to be a role model and bring her best to everything she does.

Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, Caitlin was a collegiate soccer player at Midland University and still loves the game. She married her biggest fan and high school sweetheart, and together they share in raising three children. She enjoys spending quality time with family and going shopping.
