Stewart Stinton, PA-C, encourages children and families to focus on overall well-being, including good sleep, staying active, spending time outside, and thinking about the future in healthy ways. “If you can get kids on the right track, I think you can really set them up for success,” he says. Listening to a family’s needs is central to Stewart’s approach. “I like to give parents and kids time to talk, and I ask open-ended questions so they have a way to voice their concerns, whatever those might be.”

Stewart earned his degree from Union Adventist University in Lincoln, and before joining our team full time, he completed a clinical rotation at Bluestem Health, where he gained experience working with our patients. Originally from England, he moved to the United States in 2016. Knowing what it feels like to be new somewhere continues to shape the way he cares for families today. “I want families to feel like someone took the time to hear them, understand what is going on in their lives, and help them find a path that fits.”
