Insurance Information

Our goal is to make quality dental care accessible to all.

• If you have dental insurance, please remember to bring your insurance card for smooth and easy processing.
• Bluestem Health’s Sliding Fee Program is available to those with and without insurance. It is based on your income and family size relative to federal poverty guidelines and offers affordable urgent dental care services that are lower cost than most dental clinics. If you do have insurance, it can reduce your out-of-pocket cost (copay, deductible, coinsurance) and act as a discount on the remaining balance not covered by insurance.
• We accept the following Medicaid plans: Nebraska Total Care (NTC) and UnitedHealthcare Community (UHC).
