Meet our friendly, Kreshel Medical Receptionists Patti, Veronica, Alexandra, and Marilyn. A big part of why our patients love coming in to see us is because these ladies love what they do and they work hard to make sure our patients feel well cared for from the moment they walk in the door.

Meet our friendly, Kreshel Clinic Medical Receptionists Patti, Veronica, Alexandra, and Marilyn. A big part of why our patients love coming in to see us is because these ladies love what they do and they work hard to make sure our patients feel well cared for from the moment they walk in the door. Each of them brings something special to the Kreshel Clinic.
Patti has been with our Kreshel Clinic since May 2019 (and was also employed by North Lincoln Family Medical Center for two years before merging with Bluestem Health). Patti loves working with Bluestem because she gets to help patients with a breadth of medical histories and from cultures around the world. It makes her happy that she and her team work so well together. She has a cat and loves spending as much time with her grandkids as she can.
Veronica says that meeting people from all walks of life is why she has enjoyed her role at Bluestem Health, since May 2019. She appreciates that they are able to offer Primary Care Services, Behavioral Health Services, Dental Services, Legal Aid, and Medication Assistance. She says her team is wonderful and she likes that they each have their own unique way of caring for their patients. Veronica is married with three lovely children. She likes Keno, movies, and dancing – especially to Spanish music. Her mantra is, “Go big, or go home.”
Alexandra’s daily purpose, in her five months at the Kreshel Clinic, is to ensure patients feel well cared for. She appreciates that Bluestem Health offers sliding scale fees, so patients can focus on their health and get the care they deserve. She urges others to, “Never settle for anything less than what you dream of.” She has a beautiful little family that consists of her wonderful life partner, their curiously wild three-year-old daughter, a miniature Chorkie, Minni, and seven fish. She spends her free time visiting museums, antiquing, hiking, and dancing.
Marilyn loves to help patients and in her four months with Bluestem Health, she has become very proud of the programs that Bluestem Health offers to help our diverse patient population. She also loves her team because they try to help one another as much as possible. Marilyn is a mom of two energetic boys, happily married, and they love to have fun and go on adventures together – like family bike rides, watching movies, and exploring new places. In her free time, she loves to travel as much as possible. Dancing is her favorite hobby. She hopes to live life to the fullest every day.
We appreciate all they do for us and we are thankful that they are the first smiling faces our patients see at our Kreshel Clinic.
