As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we have four clinics offering integrated care that’s closer to where you live and work. Our clinics collaborate to make your healthcare more accessible, coordinated, and compassionate, wherever you’re coming from in town.
Main ClinicOur main clinic offers comprehensive family medicine and pediatric care, general dental services, behavioral health support, and laboratory services. Additionally, we offer interpreters and patient support services to assist you.

At our Thompson Clinic, we offer family medicine and pediatric care, lab testing, and X‑rays.

Kreshel Clinic
At Kreshel Clinic, patients have access to comprehensive services. This includes family medicine, obstetric care, pediatric care, dental hygiene, lab testing, and X‑rays.

Health 360 Clinic
Our Health 360 Clinic is a partnership with Lutheran Family Services. Patients will find services that include family medicine and pediatric care, obstetric care, behavioral health, addiction support, dental hygiene, and an onsite pharmacy.
